![]() About RCHSAbout RCHS We also desire to conduct historical research of persons, places & events relating to the Rappahannock River Valley in Colonial times, and to organize activities related to the Colonial era in an effort to educate the public about the way of life of our forebears in this area. Our time period of concentration is 1760 to 1820. These purposes may be accomplished through, but are not limited to, the following activities:
